High School Recruiting

NEW

641 graded prospects. Classes 2026โ€“2030.

The portal has expanded beyond the transfer market. The High School Recruiting board gives you a live, graded database of the top prospects in classes 2026 through 2030 โ€” the same evaluation framework you already use for portal players, applied to high school talent before anyone commits.

Every player is graded on the same HM/MM/LM scale as the transfer board. But the HS profiles go deeper โ€” combining circuit stats, national camp measurements, honor badges, and written scouting evaluations into a single view that replaces hours of cross-referencing.

๐Ÿ“ŠCircuit Stats

EYBL and adidas 3SSB season stats โ€” PPG, RPG, APG, SPG, BPG โ€” pulled directly from circuit sources and matched to each prospect's profile.

๐Ÿ“Measurement History

Wingspan, standing reach, height in shoes, and weight from national evaluation events โ€” MJNT, USA Basketball camps, Nike Hoop Summit, and NBPA Top 100.

๐Ÿ…Honor & USA Badges

McDonald's All-American, Nike Hoop Summit, NBPA Top 100, and USA Basketball gold medal honors are surfaced directly on each prospect's card and profile.

๐Ÿ”ดCircuit Badges

Color-coded circuit badges โ€” EYBL, 3SSB, UAA, UA Rise, Pro16, NXTPro, P32 โ€” let you instantly identify which elite programs each prospect is running with.

๐Ÿ“Live Scouting Reports & Contact Info

Written evaluations from live event scouting are attached directly to each profile. When an agent is already involved, their contact info surfaces on the prospect's page. For unsigned players, HS and AAU coach contacts give you a direct line before the market forms.

Anonymous Coach's Market

Your number. Not the agent's.

One of the biggest issues coaches face in this new landscape is the lack of transparency on NIL valuations. The deck is largely rigged โ€” agents hold the cards and you're left guessing whether they're bluffing or not.

The Anonymous Coach's Market changes that. This is an anonymous voting system built around one simple premise: you know your budget, you know your evaluation of a player, and you know what you'd honestly be willing to offer. When a player enters the portal, Assistant GM produces a base NIL estimate built from data and calculation. With the Coach's Market, you can vote whether you'd offer more, less, or agree with that estimate โ€” and as the market votes, the estimator reflects what coaches like you actually see and value. You walk into negotiations with better information than you had before.

  • โ†’To access the market, you have to participate in it. The more you vote, the more you see. Stop participating and you lose access.
  • โ†’This only works if you're honest. Attempts to manipulate the market will result in your program being flagged and temporarily losing access.
  • โ†’No one can see who voted. Your program's read is completely private.

This is your chance to build a real valuation tool โ€” one that tips the odds back in your favor.

Real-Time Portal Detection

The moment a player announces their intention to enter the transfer portal โ€” via a post on X (Twitter) or a 247Sports listing โ€” our pipeline picks it up automatically. Within minutes, we pull their full stats, compute their GM Score and NIL market estimate, link their agent, and add them to the Transfer Board.

By the time most programs are reading the news, you already have the player's contact info, a full scouting breakdown, and a NIL valuation ready to go.

GM Score

Every player on the board has a GM Score โ€” a single 1โ€“100 number that combines two lenses:

  • โ€ขSignal Score โ€” an objective, stats-driven rating built from 8 weighted categories: per-minute efficiency, rebounding impact, defensive output, scoring volume, playmaking, production consistency, and conference strength of schedule.
  • โ€ขTB Score โ€” a trajectory and ceiling projection. Not what the player is today, but where they're headed. A high TB Score means upside; a high Signal Score means proven production.

The GM Score is the geometric mean of both โ€” it rewards players who are strong on both dimensions and penalizes one-dimensional profiles.

GM Chat โ€” Your AI Scouting Partner

Every player profile and the Transfer Board have a built-in GM Chat panel. Ask it anything in plain language:

"Find me a mid-major guard under $200K NIL who can run pick and roll"

"Compare Darin Smith Jr. and Braeden Speed for a scoring role"

"Who are the best available wings in the ACC or Big 12?"

On individual profiles, GM Chat lets you store your program's quality rating and NIL target for each player. Over time, it learns your roster needs and surfaces the right players automatically.

The board-level GM Chat can search, filter, and rank players across the entire portal โ€” acting as an always-on assistant GM that never forgets a name.

๐Ÿ’ฐ

NIL Market Estimates

Every player on the board comes with a NIL market estimate โ€” a dollar range calibrated to the player's GM Score and their expected destination tier (high-major, mid-major, or low-major).

Where available, estimates are anchored to confirmed deal comps and expert valuations, giving you a realistic baseline before you ever pick up the phone.

The Opportunity Margin indicator flags players whose market value may be underpriced relative to their production โ€” potential value plays for your NIL budget.

๐Ÿ“‹

Agent Directory

Every portal player is linked to their agent or representation when available. The Agent Directory gives you direct phone numbers, agency pages showing all players an agent represents, and HS/AAU coach contacts for players who haven't yet signed with an agent.

Note on HS/AAU contacts: The high school and AAU team information shown on each player profile reflects the last known program they played for when they were scouted at the high school level. These contacts serve as a secondary reach point for background intel and for when direct agent representation is not yet established.

Click any agency name โ€” like ProMondo, Klutch, or Excel Sports โ€” to see their full client list on the board ranked by GM Score, and contact info for every agent at that firm.
